Client Responsibilities

When working with Hello Sol, you agree to:

Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

Respect intellectual property rights of all parties

Deliverables and Ownership

Ownership of Final Work

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. This includes articles, reports, web content, and other written materials.

Ownership of Process Materials

Hello Sol retains ownership of:

Research processes and methodologies

Templates and proprietary tools

Source logs and verification documentation (clients receive copies)

Portfolio rights (we may showcase work with client permission)

Use of Portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hello Sol may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials. Client names may be used unless confidentiality is requested.

Payment Terms

Invoicing: Payment terms will be specified in project agreements

Late Payment: Overdue invoices may incur late fees or suspension of services

Refunds: Refund policies are determined on a project-by-project basis

Content Accuracy and Liability

Hello Sol strives for 100% accuracy through rigorous fact-checking and source verification. However:

Client Review Required: Clients are responsible for final review and approval of all content

Limitation of Liability

Hello Sol's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Revisions and Edits

Project agreements will specify the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary or sensitive information without permission, except:

To fulfill our contractual obligations (e.g., using third-party tools)
With your explicit consent

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Clients will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

Modifications to Terms

Hello Sol may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
